Soluble Organic Humic Acid Fertilizer Soil Conditioner Potassium Humate Powder for Plants

Product Introduction

Soil humic acid is innate and mainly a mixture of a special type of macromolecular organic compounds formed by plants under the action of microorganisms. Coal humic acid is a mixture of a type of macromolecular organic compounds formed after the decomposition and transformation of plants by microorganisms and through long-term geochemical processes.

Classification of humic acid

Classified by molecular weight, it can be divided into three categories:

(1) Humic acid: The part of humic acid that dissolves in alkali but not in acid is called humic acid.

(2) Humic acid: The part of humic acid that is insoluble in both alkali and acid is called humic acid.

(3) Fulvic acid: The part of humic acid that is soluble in both alkali and acid is called fulvic acid.

Among them, the most active one is fulvic acid, and its effect on increasing crop yields is also the most obvious.

Product Composition

  • Organic Matter: 60%
  • Total Acids: 40%

Humic Acid Applications

① Stimulate physiological metabolism

Humic acid contains a variety of active functional genes, which can enhance the activities of catalase and polyphenol oxidase in crops, stimulate physiological metabolism and promote growth and development. For instance, humic acid can prompt seeds to germinate earlier, with a high germination rate, especially at low temperatures. It can stimulate the division and growth of the cells in the extreme meristematic tissue of the root system, enabling the seedlings to develop roots quickly, with more roots, increased root mass, and elongated roots, thereby enhancing the crop's ability to absorb water and nutrients. Therefore, with an adequate supply of nutrients, the crop stem blocks are strong, the branches and leaves are lush, photosynthesis is enhanced, the transfer of nutrients to the fruiting body is accelerated, and the fruit is promoted to color and mature earlier.

② Alter the characteristics of chemical fertilizers

Humic acid contains functional groups such as carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyl groups, and has a strong ion exchange and adsorption capacity. It can reduce the loss of ammonium nitrogen in ammonium bicarbonate and improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer. Nitrohumic acid that has been oxidized and degraded can inhibit urease activity and reduce urea volatilization. Degraded nitrohumic acid increases the distance that phosphorus moves in the soil, inhibits the fixation of water-soluble phosphorus by the soil, converts available phosphorus into delayed phosphorus, and promotes the absorption of phosphorus by the root system. Humic acid can undergo chelation reactions with insoluble trace elements, generating humic acid trace element chelates with good solubility that can be absorbed by crops, which is conducive to the absorption of trace elements by the root system and leaves.

③ Improve soil structure

Humic acid can promote the formation of soil aggregate structure, regulate soil pH value, adjust the conditions of soil water, fertilizer, air and heat, increase soil exchange capacity, achieve acid-base balance, enhance soil water and fertilizer retention capacity, promote the activity of soil microorganisms, increase the number of aerobic bacteria, actinomycetes and cellulose-decomposing bacteria, and accelerate the decomposition and transformation of organic matter. Promote the release of nutrients and facilitate the absorption of nutrients by crops.

④ Enhance resilience characteristics

Humic acid can reduce the opening intensity of stomata on plant leaves, decrease leaf transpiration, thereby lowering water consumption, improving the water condition within the plant, ensuring the normal growth and development of crops under drought conditions, and enhancing drought resistance. Humic acid is mostly an amphoteric colloid with high surface activity. It has an inhibitory effect on fungi, can enhance the cold resistance of crops, is easily adsorbed by cell membranes, changes the permeability of cell membranes, promotes the absorption of inorganic nutrients, prevents rot and root rot, and reduces pests and diseases.

⑤ Improve the quality of the seeds

Humic acid can form complexes or chelates with trace elements, increasing the amount of trace elements transported from the roots to the leaves or other parts, regulating the ratio and balance of macronutrients and trace elements, and enhancing the synthesis and transportation of sugars, starches, proteins, fats and various vitamins by enzymes. It can promote the activity of enzymes, convert polysaccharides into soluble monosaccharides, increase the synthesis and accumulation of starch, protein and fat substances, accelerate the transport of various metabolic primary products from stems, leaves or roots to fruits and seeds, and make the fruits plump and thick.

Recommended Dosage:

    • Agriculture: 5-15 kg per acre (for base application or flush application), avoiding excessive use that could lead to soil acidification or nutrient imbalance.
    • Aquaculture: 0.1-0.5 g per cubic meter of water, with attention to sodium/potassium salt forms in freshwater farming.
    • Animal Husbandry: 0.1%-0.5% added to feed; excessive amounts may affect palatability or mineral metabolism.
  1. Compatibility:

    • Avoid direct mixing with strong alkaline substances (like lime) or pesticides containing heavy metals, as this may reduce humic acid activity.
    • Can be used in conjunction with microbial agents and organic fertilizers for enhanced effects, but should be applied separately or with an interval.
